RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/refund the garment within 20 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition as when first received
  • Have all original tags attached

We ask that you ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear, and you avoid wearing any make-up or deodorant that can leave marks or scents on items.

Please note we do not offer returns/exchanges on our hosiery products due to hygiene reasons.

REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE

The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

Please note original shipping fees are non refundable.

UK CUSTOMERS
The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and faulty returns are covered by Fleur of England. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The cost of the return / exchange will be deducted from your refund. Faulty items are covered by Fleur of England.
