4. Placing an Order

After placing your order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it.

Your order is accepted, and a legally binding contract is formed, when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund any payment already taken.

Reasons we may refuse an order include:

  • products being unavailable;
  • payment not being authorised;
  • pricing or description errors;
  • suspected fraud;
  • delivery restrictions.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are in the applicable currency displayed on our website.

Where applicable, UK VAT is included.

International customers may be responsible for local taxes, duties or import charges depending on the destination country.

Payment must be authorised before your order can be processed.

We reserve the right not to dispatch products until payment has been successfully received.

Risk in the goods passes to you when your order is delivered.

Ownership of the goods passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how to return products purchased from us.

Nothing within our Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Where you have a legal right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, that right will apply in addition to our own returns policy.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless stated otherwise:

  • only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • promotional offers cannot be combined;
  • promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • promotions exclude gift cards unless expressly stated;
  • promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Where a promotion includes a complimentary gift:

  • the gift has no cash value;
  • it cannot be exchanged separately;
  • if qualifying products are returned, the complimentary gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards:

  • are non-refundable;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • may not be resold without our permission.

If a purchase made using a gift card is refunded, the refund will normally be credited back to the original gift card.

  • branding;
  • artwork;
  • graphics;

belongs to Fleur of England or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You grant Fleur of England a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, loss of profits or losses suffered by customers acting in the course of business.
