We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/refund the garment within 20 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume. It must have all original tags attached and swimwear must have hygiene strips attached. Please ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear.

The portal allows you to save time by easily returning your order to us, swapping sizes, and self-creating returns labels, Please note, you will be charged upon processing your return, exchanges will not be charged shipping.
