Delivery & Returns

For customer orders, we offer two packaging options; 'Eco' and 'Luxury'.

Eco: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegrabable sticker and shipped in a Fleur of England envelope. This envelope is then placed inside a padded eco-envelope to protect it during shipping. This option is fully recyclable. 

Luxury: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker and placed inside a luxury Fleur of England gift box. The box is made from sustainable sources and is designed to be kept and re-used. This is shipped in a padded eco-envelope for extra protection which is fully recyclable. 

Please select which packaging option you would like when selecting your shipping option. All orders over £250 are packed in a luxury gift box as standard.

International Deliveries

Due to the on-going and uncertain situation across the Ukraine and Russia carriers have withdrawn their services. As a result of this unfortunately Fleur of England will no longer be able to ship online orders to addresses in either country. As the situation is ever-changing this will apply until further notice. For customers with orders currently in transit please contact us using the chat feature or email us on info@fleurofengland.com with any queries.

European Union Countries:
Shipments up to the order value of £900 will be sent via Standard Delivery and 'Delivered Duty Paid'. This means we will pay all the important tax and duties included within the bracket. You will just pay one shipping fee at checkout and recieve no further import charges in addition to this. Please note, due to brexit.

USA & Rest of World Countries:
Garments are sent via Royal Mail "International Signed For" or with DHL express services. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you adore your new luxury lingerie as much as we do. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 21 days of receipt. The 21-day period will begin on the day the order is delivered. 

Please return items to us in an unworn condition with all labels and tags intact. We ask that you please try on your new lingerie over your existing lingerie. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, washed or worn. Unfortunately, we do not accept Hosiery returns for hygiene reasons. Please email our Customer service team at info@fleurofengland.com or print out the returns form here for UK returns and here for international returns.

The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your request.

Should you wish to exchange your item please contact us at info@fleurofengland.com or via the chat function. Replacement goods will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative.
