ORDERS

Our team will immediately start preparing your order once it has been placed, and you will only have a limited window in which to amend it.

Please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 1179 244 177 if you would like to amend any of the following:

  • Amend the items on your order
  • Change your delivery address
  • Change your shipping method
  • Update gift wrapping and gift note options

We are open 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM (GMT) UK, Monday-Friday.

We cannot amend your order if it has already been dispatched.

VAT (20% Tax) is included in the product prices of the UK site for all orders being shipped within the UK.

For international orders, corresponding duty and tax are included at checkout to be paid by the customer at the time of order.

Please note, duties and taxes are calculated by customs in the destination country, and Fleur of England has no control over these.

Of course! We offer our Luxury Gift Box packaging for free on all orders over £500. For orders under £500, this can be added to your order for £8.00. If your order is under £500, please ensure to add the Luxury Gift Box to your cart prior to checkout. Inside, your items will be delicately wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker.

We also offer handwritten notes on all orders. Please add your note by going to your cart prior to checkout. If you’d like to make any amendments or add a note after checking out, please contact us on +44 (0) 1179 244 177.

All Lingerie orders under £500 will be delivered, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a sealed Fleur of England luxury envelope. If your order contains nightwear, it will arrive in a gift box as standard.

During your 15-minute virtual fitting appointment, Fleur will guide you through the process of finding your perfect fit, whilst offering expert advice tailored to your unique shape, style preferences, and comfort needs. Firstly check your spam / junk email folder and check you have placed your order with the correct email address. However if you still can't find it please call us on+44 (0)117 9244177and we can quickly and easily tell you if your order has gone through.

Absolutely! To purchase a Fleur of England gift card, all you need to do is visit our Digital gift card page HERE.

Our gift cards are available for values between £50 - £1000. Your gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at purchase. To redeem your gift card, simply enter the gift card code in the ‘discount code or gift card’ box, and click apply.

At Fleur of England, we only offer Digital Gift Cards. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

SHIPPING

Please visit our Delivery & Shipping page for the most up-to-date delivery time frames for each region. Delivery costs are determined by country and region and will be available at
the checkout.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product prices.

For all international countries, orders may be subject to import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside
of the UK. You will have the opportunity to pay these charges upfront at the checkout to ensure a seamless delivery process. These charges are payable by the customer, and we do not currently cover this cost.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information and to check the delivery costs for your country.

RETURNS

Please use our Returns Portal to return your item to us.

Our current returns policy is 30 days from the date you
receive your order. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days, however during busy periods we do ask for your patience as this may sometimes take a little longer than normal.

Just to note, the customer is responsible for all return
shipping fees.

We hope you love your new luxury lingerie or nightwear as
much as we do, but in the event, something isn’t quite right, we’d be more than happy to exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

Just to note, for all international exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return postage. Fleur of England will cover the
postage for the replacement items to be delivered.

For UK customers, exchanges are free and Fleur of England
will cover these costs.

CARE

Our beautiful lingerie and nightwear have been designed and crafted using the finest silks and European laces and tulles. At Fleur of
England, we champion slow fashion, with the mindset of investing in truly luxurious, high-quality pieces that stand the test of time.

To correctly care for your Fleur of England favourites, we recommend using The Clothes Doctor wash for silk and delicates and hand washing only. You can find more information on how to care for your pieces HERE.
