RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders placed between 1/11/24 - 05/01/25 will qualify for extended returns & exchanges.
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/refund the garment within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, hairs, deodorant and perfume. It must have all original tags attached. Please ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear. Please note we do not offer returns/exchanges on our hosiery products due to hygiene reasons.
The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

UK CUSTOMERS
The portal allows you to save time by easily returning your order to us, swapping sizes, and self-creating returns labels. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and faulty returns are covered by Fleur of England.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The returns portal above will enable you to register your return and create a pre-paid returns label & any documentation you should need. Please note, shipping fees will be deducted from the order amount.
