RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ORDERS PLACED FROM 13TH NOVEMBER 2022, HAVE UNTIL 6TH JANUARY 2023 TO RETURN/EXCHANGE. ORDERS PLACED FROM 6TH DECEMBER 2022 WITLL REVERT TO OUR USUAL 30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY.

We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/refund the garment within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume. It must have all original tags attached and swimwear must have hygiene strips attached. Please ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear. Please note we do not offer retruns/exchanges on our hoisery products due to hygiene reasons.

The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.

UK CUSTOMERS - Please complete the returns form, which can be found here. We advise that customers use a tracked service and obtain a copy of proof of postage, this cost will not be reimbursed by Fleur of England.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please use our dedicated online portal, which you can find here. This will enable you to register your return and will create a pre-paid returns label & any documentation you should need. Please note, shipping fees will be deducted from the order amount.
