ROLE 1 - Customer Experience & Brand Assistant
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full Time

Fleur of England is an award winning British luxury lingerie and nightwear brand, celebrating 25 years of craftsmanship, confidence and timeless design. Designed in our Bristol studio and handcrafted by our specialist manufacturing partners in Portugal, our collections are sold around the world through our online boutique and carefully selected luxury retailers.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience & Brand Assistant to join our close knit team.
This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining luxury customer service, ecommerce operations and brand support. You'll help create an exceptional experience for every Fleur of England customer while supporting the day to day running of our online business.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service via email and telephone
- Managing returns, exchanges and customer enquiries with care and attention
- Picking, packing and dispatching online and wholesale orders
- Preparing wholesale shipments and assisting with stock management
- Uploading products and updating content on our website
- Assisting with email campaigns and ecommerce administration
- Creating graphics and digital assets for marketing campaigns
- Editing simple video content for social media
- Supporting photoshoots and studio organisation
- Helping maintain the beautiful presentation and consistency of the Fleur of England brand across every customer touchpoint
- Providing general support across the business as required
We're looking for someone who is
- Passionate about luxury brands and exceptional customer experiences
- Warm, professional and an excellent communicator
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Creative, with an eye for beautiful design and presentation
- Confident using digital systems and eager to learn
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative business
- Adaptable and happy to turn their hand to a variety of projects
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage but is not essential.

ROLE 2 - PRODUCT & Production Assistant
Location: Bristol
Hours: Part Time, 3 days per week.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Fleur of England is an award winning British luxury lingerie and nightwear brand, celebrating 25 years of creating beautifully crafted collections. Designed in our Bristol studio and handcrafted by our specialist manufacturing partners in Portugal, every collection is created with
exceptional attention to detail, exquisite fit and timeless craftsmanship.
We are looking for a Product & Production Assistant to join our small, ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fashion graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn every stage of the product development process within a luxury fashion brand.
Working closely with our Founder and Creative Director, you will play an important role in bringing each collection to life, supporting everything from development and fitting through to production and launch.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping technical packs and product information accurate and up to date
- Supporting the product development process from sketch through to production
- Measuring samples and preparing for fit sessions
- Attending fit meetings, recording amendments and following up with the factory
- Liaising with our Portuguese manufacturing partners to ensure developments stay on track
- Managing samples, fabrics, trims and development records
- Maintaining critical paths and production timelines
- Assisting with pattern and product development where appropriate
- Supporting photoshoots, sample organisation and studio management
- Helping maintain an organised product archive and development library
We're looking for someone who is
- Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
- Passionate about luxury fashion and product development
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Confident communicating with suppliers and manufacturers
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a small business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage but not essential
A degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Garment Technology or a related subject would be advantageous, making this an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career within the luxury fashion industry.

INTERNSHIPS
As a student, Fleur undertook many internships to gain first-hand experience in the workplace. Fleur and her amazing team of women fully support individuals starting out in their careers as much as they can.
Fleur of England is happy to offer short-term unpaid internships at our Bristol office. Our interns assist in all areas of the business, including design and production, fulfilment, wholesale, digital and marketing, as well as general office tasks. Fleur of England is a small team, so the tasks given during an internship will vary depending on what is the priority at that time.
