"Three Sisters. Three Emotions. One Enduring Thread of Confidence."
When I first began designing our Autumn Winter 2026 collection, I knew it couldn't simply be another season.
This year marks twenty-five years since I founded Fleur of England, and reaching that milestone naturally encouraged me to reflect. Not only on the collections we've created, but on the women who have inspired them. The women who have worn them. The confidence they have discovered within themselves.
Over the past quarter of a century, I have learnt that confidence is never one dimensional.
Sometimes confidence is calm.
Sometimes it is quiet.
Sometimes it is passionate.
Sometimes it is bold enough to take up space without saying a word.
That realisation became the foundation of our anniversary collection.
Rather than designing three unrelated collections, I imagined three sisters. Each with her own personality, her own story and her own emotional world. Together they celebrate every side of modern femininity, while honouring the values that have shaped Fleur of England from the very beginning.
Each collection began with an emotion before a single sketch was drawn. Colour, embroidery, silk and silhouette followed naturally, allowing every design decision to tell part of that story.
Craftsmanship has always been one of the threads running through Fleur of England. For twenty-five years I have believed that true luxury begins with artistry. Every embroidery starts as a hand-drawn illustration, every colour is carefully considered, and every collection is designed to evoke a feeling long before it becomes a garment.
A/W 26 is perhaps the purest expression of that philosophy.
Meet the three sisters.
The picture below is my first mood board for A/W 26, which is deeply inspired by our British heritage.
Iona. The Grounded Soul.
Every family has someone who brings calm to the room. For our anniversary collection, that woman is Iona. She represents a quieter kind of confidence. The confidence that comes from knowing exactly who you are, without needing to prove it to anyone else.
Her story is told through an elegant olive green palette, inspired by nature and the reassuring beauty of the British countryside. Rather than demanding attention, the colour quietly invites you closer, revealing intricate details that become more beautiful the longer you look.
Her bespoke embroidery is inspired by wild blooms, delicately flourishing across recycled Italian tulle, with hidden Fleur motifs woven subtly throughout the design. I have always loved creating embroideries that reveal new discoveries over time, and Iona rewards curiosity in exactly that way.
The collection also introduced our new Longline Boudoir Bra, designed to feel both contemporary and timeless. Adjustable silk straps, luxurious silk satin and refined proportions create a silhouette that feels effortlessly elegant.
For me, Iona celebrates those quieter moments of confidence. The mornings spent alone. The evenings spent reading. The feeling of slipping into something beautiful simply because it makes you feel good.
Not every expression of luxury needs to be seen.
Sometimes it simply needs to be felt.
Bea. The Quiet Confidence.
If Iona is the grounded soul, Bea is the quietly confident sister.
She doesn't seek attention. She simply knows who she is.
Designing Bea became an exploration of colour. Finding the perfect shade took time. Too bright and it lost its sophistication. Too dark and the intricate embroidery disappeared. Eventually we discovered a beautifully rich, mysterious blue that felt timeless, luxurious and unmistakably elegant.
The colour was inspired by faded British interiors, historic wallpapers and sumptuous velvet rooms filled with history and character.
Alongside mood boards, illustrations and countless colour swatches came the embroidery.
For Bea I wanted to create something architectural yet soft, inspired by decorative lattice work intertwined with flourishing botanicals.
The result became one of the most intricate embroideries we have ever produced, delicately embroidered onto our exclusive French eyelash lace and Italian tulle. It perfectly balances strength with femininity.
Like so many women, Bea doesn't need to announce her confidence. She carries it naturally. Her silhouettes reflect this same philosophy.
Elegant balcony bras, luxurious silk detailing and beautifully considered proportions create pieces designed to be worn for years rather than seasons.
That has always been important to me. True luxury should never feel disposable.
Viola. The Romantic Dreamer.
Every family has someone who follows their heart.
She is expressive, passionate and beautifully unpredictable.
Her deep plum palette immediately evokes richness and mystery, creating the perfect backdrop for one of the most detailed embroideries we have ever created.
Inspired by Victorian botanists and the extraordinary beauty of the leopard orchid, her bespoke embroidery began life as one of my hand-drawn illustrations before being transformed into intricate embroidery across soft Italian tulle.
The leopard orchid fascinated me because it feels almost surreal. Delicate yet wild. Elegant yet untamed.
Those same contrasts define Viola herself. She embraces sensuality without apology. She celebrates romance. She reminds us that confidence can also be expressive.
The collection introduces our elegant new Balcony Bra with distinctive silk double straps, alongside a luxurious silk back thong and our beautifully crafted Brazilian brief. Every silhouette has been designed to celebrate the female form while maintaining the exceptional fit that has always been at the heart of Fleur of England.
Finished with our signature 24 carat gold plated hardware, every detail catches the light in subtle, understated ways. Nothing shouts. Everything whispers luxury.
Embroidery as Storytelling.
If there is one element that truly unites the three sisters, it is embroidery. For me, embroidery has never simply been decoration.
It is storytelling.
Every collection begins with pencil sketches long before any fabrics are selected. I spend countless hours drawing flowers, architectural details, historical references and fragments of inspiration collected from museums, gardens and old books.
Those illustrations then travel to our embroidery specialists, where artistry and technical expertise combine to transform them into lace and tulle.
It is a process that cannot be rushed. Sometimes a flower needs redrawing several times. Sometimes the balance of negative space changes.
Sometimes colours evolve throughout sampling until they perfectly capture the original emotion. That journey is one of my favourite parts of creating every collection. It reminds me that craftsmanship still matters.
In a world increasingly driven by speed and mass production, I remain passionate about preserving traditional techniques and working with specialist artisans who share our commitment to excellence.
Many of the people we work with have been part of our journey for years, helping translate ideas from my sketchbook into the finished pieces our customers wear.
That continuity is incredibly special.
Twenty-Five Years of Creating Confidence.

People often ask me what has changed most over the past twenty-five years. Fashion has changed. Technology has changed. The way we communicate has changed.
But women haven't.
The desire to feel beautiful, comfortable, confident and completely yourself is timeless. That has always been our purpose. We have never designed lingerie simply to be seen. We design it to transform how a woman feels.
Whether it is worn beneath a wedding dress, beneath tailoring in the boardroom or simply on an ordinary Tuesday, beautiful lingerie has the ability to quietly change posture, confidence and self-belief.
That feeling has inspired every collection we have ever created.
Our anniversary year felt like the perfect opportunity to celebrate not only where Fleur of England has been, but where it continues to go.
These three sisters embody everything I have learnt over twenty-five years of designing.
That confidence can be gentle.
That confidence can be quiet.
That confidence can be passionate.
There is no single way to feel powerful.
A Celebration of Every Woman.
Although each sister has her own personality, they are ultimately connected.
Just like all of us. Some days we feel grounded like Iona. Some days we feel composed like Bea. Some days we embrace the fearless romance of Viola. Often we are all three.
That is what makes this anniversary collection so personal to me. It isn't simply about creating beautiful lingerie.
It is about celebrating every version of the women who have supported Fleur of England over the last twenty-five years.

Most importantly, thank you for allowing us to spend twenty-five years creating lingerie designed not only to be worn, but to be felt.
