We are offering an extended returns window during the Christmas period. Any orders placed between the 9th of November 2023 will have until the 5th of January 2024 to return any unwanted items.
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange/refund the garment within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume. It must have all original tags attached and swimwear must have hygiene strips attached. Please ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
UK CUSTOMERS - Please complete the returns form, you can find this here. We advise that customers use a tracked service and obtain a copy of proof of postage.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please use our dedicated online portal, which you can find here. This will enable you to register your return and will create a pre-paid returns label & any documentation you should need. Please note, shipping fees will be deducted from the order amount.
