UK DELIVERIES

Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed over weekends will be processed on Monday (with the exception of public bank holidays).

Items purchased from the sale page do not come in our usual luxury packaging, but instead come wrapped in our luxury tissue paper. All other items come in our luxury gift boxes. Every order we send goes out in discreet packaging.

All standard deliveries made within mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail Next day delivery. Express orders are sent via DHL, and are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day (subject to your order being placed by 1pm) and require a signature.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International standard orders are generally delivered within 5-10 working days, however can be subject to customs delay. International express orders are shipped via DHL on a tracked service. The tracking number will be shared via email for both delivery methods. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which have been conveniently calculated at the checkout for you.
